Apache Problem

I have some trouble setting up PHP in
Apache Server v1.3.20.
I have added the lines written in install.txt
to Apache configuration file. But when I
try to open a .php file via Apache server
I see an "Internal Error" screen and a line
"Premature end of script headers: c:/php/php.exe"
is added to error log file. C:\PHP is the dir
the php binary is located at. I set up PHP 4.0.6
with the install file downloaded from your site.
It automatically install to a given dir.
I would grateful if I can receive some help in
solving this problem.
