You asked the question I answered it, if you dont like my answer then thats
not my fault but I can assure you it stands for
PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor
which is a recursive acronym.

It certainly doesnt.. It used to back in version 1.0, in 2.0 it was PHP/FI
which stood for Personal HomePage/Form Interpreter and since 3.0 it has
stood for PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor.
