Hi,
For the bookpage:
My name is Viktor Jonsson and I'm the author of the first "real" book about
PHP in Swedish, Webbprogrammering med PHP, around 390 pages, published
by Studentlitteratur (www.studentlitteratur.se) in september 2001. More
info:

Have anybody asked you to translate the php.net website to another language?
I'm running one of Swedens most visited website about PHP and will soon
merge
with another big Swedish PHP-website. If you would like to get a
informationchannel
to the Swedish PHP-programmers, I'm ready to help you.
/Viktor
