Is there a way?

Hi, First of all since I know answering questions is a big work, I want to say that if you don't answer anything through here, at least let me know you got this message. If you know a place where I can read ALL related to my questions instead of directly answering me, that would be nice. Now, my questions are: I run win98. I want to know if there's any package or program that I can install on my PC in order to practice php offline. If so, let me know where I can get it. if I need many things, please let me know too and the places where I can find those. That's it. Oh, no, just a little 1 more. Where I can get tutorials or something like that to learn about communication between flash and php. If you know exact URLS, the better it will be. Just for example of the last, I got a php script that sends e-mail. I use flash to load variables of that php document. In fact, just one, that says "Data sent, thank you". But the flash textbox isn't updated with that little string of the php. I don't expect to answer this little example, but just where I can learn something like that. Thanks in advance and be well.
