Look into the C source of PHP to see the algorithm.
And updating a clock is not the PHPs resposibility,
so with some JS trick, you can make it, but it is better
to do things like that with DHTML and not PHP.

Subject: Swatch Internet Time
Hello,
I have been looking everywhere on your site to find out where i can get a formula to work out
Swatch Internet Time.
I found the function:
date('B');
but i was wondering how it all gets worked out.
Also can you make a real time clock in php? So when a .beat changes it updates on the page?
Thank You
Arron Edwards =)
