Hi there...
I actually can't remember if it was just a plain broken link (error 404) or
if I got an "You are not authorized..."-page... But about 15 minutes after I
reported the bug, the link worked again.

It seems to me that the link
(http://www.php.net/do_download.php?download_file=php-4.0.6-Win32.zip&source
_site=www.php.net) to downloading the zip-archive of PHP on php.net doesn't
work.
