I attempted to report a problem by emailing webmaster@php.net, to which I received a reply
requesting confirmation. I replied to the confirmation message and got a bounce notice from qmail.
I'm using mutt and verified that the To: address in my confirmation reply was correct relative
to the confirmation request.
