Bug in your bug-db ? ;)

Hi *, using your bug-reporting-system, i ran across a nice little problem: url: http://bugs.php.net/version4/bugs.php Two days after submitting a bug (#4580) i tried to update and close the bug - now the problem: I have _no_ CVS account so i gave only my passord for this bug - system said "Sorry, incorrect user id/password pair." hmmm.. i thought to myself - take a look at the source (nice service!): here the problem: somewhat down in the source there is a line ... /* HANDLE NORMAL DEVELOPER UPDATES */ if(isset($modify) && $modify=="Edit Bug") { ... and a bit below this we have ... /* HANDLE USER UDPATES */ if(isset($modify) && $modify=="User Edit Bug") { ... unfortunatly it is nowhere possible to set "$modify" to "User Edit Bug" (with a button or so) so no User will be able to modify his/her bugreport (i saved the file and modified it myself to "User Edit Bug" so i got my update submited... ;-) best regards Andy ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Andreas Repp andreas.repp@lrz-muenchen.de Leibniz Rechenzentrum Muenchen www.lrz.de Barer Str. 21 office +49 8441 4980772 D-80333 Muenchen mobile +49 172 8337010 ----------------------------------------------------------------------
