I've tried to download the Window binary 4.0.6 several times and it
always stops downloading after a few K is downloaded. I never get more
than a 100K before it just goes out to lunch. No error messages or
anything. Just like it's waiting to receive the next packet but it
never get here and I've waited a long time for a response but none.
