PS: Jim (who hates tex), creating the PDF version of PHP manual is quite a
good stress test. For both of the tools and you :( The tools didn't
survive the test without some patching. Problems, contact me, and I'll try
to do something. I was more than a bit responsible for setting up the
framework and programs on old toye. Meaning TeX (hate it) and PDF.
