Partnership Possibilities with PHP.net

Hi PHP.net, I’m Georgina Laidlaw from SitePoint.com PHP.net has been recommended to us as a potential partner for our new book, titled “Build Your Own Database Driven Website Using PHP & MySQL", written by Kevin Yank. To give you a run down about our site... SitePoint.com is targeted primarily at Web Developers. The Network receives over 2.5 million page views per month. Our Newsletters attract more than 85,000 subscribers, and we have over 8,000 Community Forum members. The reason I'm writing to you is to offer you, as one of a select group of quality sites, an opportunity to profit from sales of this book (for more information about the book itself, including the complete press kit, please visit http://www.sitepoint.com/books/). SitePoint is willing to offer you 50% Net on all sales made through your channels. We’ll gladly provide you with independent reviews, press releases, and any other promotional materials you’ll need to get up and running. We're currently experiencing 8% conversion from our sales page, so it’s clear that there’s a strong demand for this publication. MySQL.com have even endorsed the shortened online version of the book and they’ll soon become part of the book promotion http://www.mysql.com/news/article-66.html There may also be other activities that we can carry out to our mutual benefit. Let me know if you’re interested, and if you have any other ideas that you’d like to discuss. I look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, georgina editor www.sitepoint.com
