Need help for PHP

Hello WebMaster,

I am a php3 user and I have currently created a site with php3. The hoster we are running can not support php3. I know that they have to install some kind of program to be able for their sites to read php3.

The server is using Win2k. They don't know what to install to read php3 and either do we. Can you please tell me what we have to do to be able for the server to read php3?

The site is: dominationearth.com :

if you click on 'Login' you can see that the server doesnt read the script If you can email me back as soon as possible it'll be greatly appreciated. Once we have php3 able to be used we will advertise your site for your generosity and time spent on creating this free script. Thanks a lot for your time.

                                                        Sincerely,
                                                            David
