Sorry, but I personally can't help you in this case. I can
answer technical questions, and PHP related stuff, but this
is not my field, sorry. I can only feel with you, and say that
move was not fair from the government.

To the Open Source Community:
I am part of an organization that espouses the use of open source technology in the Philippines,
to that end our company was commissioned by the Philippine Government to develop the government
portal on a pro bono agreement as part of our nation building endeavors.
But for some twist of nasty politicking, Microsoft somehow managed to tear down the site and
replaced it with an ASP/IIS/MSSQL7.0/W2K system from a PHP/Apache/MySQL/Linux platform.
Am attaching a URL that points to the article for your reference:

I am not sure what my intentions are for bringing this to your attention, but as the primary
portal for PHP and other Open Source Links, I know that this would be interesting to the Open Source
community in general.
The original site can still be viewed from www.philgov.ph and the "new" copied site can
be viewed from www.gov.ph
There are some interesting parallelism to the site architecture up to the design that is very
uh... disturbing for the original development team.
I would appreciate your guidance and direction to which forum(s) this matter should be addressed
to.
Best regards!
