Cool idea :)
I really think some kind of email encoding should happen. Spiders are
generally really dump, simply because there are enough emailadresses just
plain accessible. They'll only become smarter if there's need for them.
So, I believe that even the simpelest email-encoding would help. (building
further on thies' suggestion, why not replace just all @ by
&#whater-the-ascii-of-@-is;? Then spider's won't see it's an emailadress to
start with...
