php.net events diary

Dear webmaster, Please forgive me and redirect this message to the appropriate person, but I was unable to find any useful documentation on how the site's events diary is managed. I tried to add an event, but after completing the form and submitting it, I found that a) I couldn't ammend my submission; b) I couldn't approve/confirm the submission or; c) find out how to get the apparently necessary CVS login/password. Could someone with responsibility for the events diary, please point me to any relevant documentation and/or explain the mechanisms to me?
