Tranquility hosting

I wanted you to be informed that www.tranquilityhosting.net has your logo on thier site and they could possibly be a scam. I paid for thier services and immediately they deactivated our account and kept our money. They claimed we uploaded to thier server a copyrighted file which is untrue. They don't answer thier phones and one number is not even a valid number. I have emails from us to them and vise versa and the file on hand. I hope that you would remove your sponsorship and therefore would make them return our money. They do not seem to be a reputable business like yourself. I hope you can investigate so that other people don't lose thier money like we did. Thank you, Sarah Nation
