RE:HELP

Hi, I'm fairly new at programming (PHP), I have a list of countries, with there site name etc, produced in Excel. I need to in PHP create a drop down list which shows a specific country e.g. Germany, with all there relevant URL's with it. Also containing in the drop list are lists of other countries, I need to create a loop which will enable me to search for other countries. Is this possible? I have also attached the Excel spreadsheet.
