It is snarled into the criminally abusive Internet Explorer which opens
the main system to criminal assault from the web. It provides no means
of respecifying Netscape as the default browser and goes so far as to
maliciously relabel all html files as to be read by Internet Explorer.
We had a major criminal trial recently in which the Microsoft Corporation
was convicted of crimes against humanity. For that reason and its own
criminal mischiefs, the Internet Explorer shall never be acceptable in
this office. I am disappointed if that means that PHP is unavailable.
