Hi!
The cal.php shows for some time now, that this service
is temporarily unavailable. This is because is_backup_primary()
returns true. This is because it seems the php.net server is
now equals download.php.net, and so the scipts think that
there is no db backend to work with on cal.php.
Why this backup server is used now, and how we can make
cal.php work quickly? What do you think?
