By talking about 'unofficial mirrors', we usualy mean mirror
sites used internally by PHP focused companies. [Or at least
I think of an unofficial mirror in this sense]. There are
many mirror sites of this kind. We currently have no
restriction on the rsync server usage, so anyone can set up
a mirror site phisicaly.
I am not in the place to make decisions on adding new mirror
sites after two in one country. I am a kind of executor here,
so I cannot say yes for the us5 mirror, sorry.
