I can see no reason in our code, that your mirror site has no
stats link. The mirror array is at the mirrors.inc file in the
include dir. The mirror info array has the stats boolen (0,1)
in the third element. We test for this, and it contains
1 for your mirror (true).
We use 'http://' . getenv("SERVER_NAME") .
'/' to search for your
site in the mirror list. Maybe the SERVER_NAME is not li.php.net
on your mirror...
