MessageHi!
See http://www.php.net/support.php or the same page on
any mirror site.
You can find IRC addresses and mailing list contacts. In this case the
php-install mailing list seems to be appropriate :)

Subject: php problems
i'm having some rather large issues with my new installation of php on apache under winxp and
i figured that you, being the webmaster for a php site about php might be able to help me with it,
or at least put me in contact with someone who can.
i check my email regularly, but i find it to be a rather slow way of comunication, so i prefer to
be reached through icq at 128004194 or on msn at fozzieonastick@yahoo.com, or send me an irc server
and room, or if none of those is possible then please do just email me
