There's almost nothing wrong with the download at first. But the problem is always after 3.88MB where the download will not continue anymore I'm very sure it has nothing to do with my network. I'm using a school network which I think should be a T3 line. I have downloaded even larger files right after I tried with your link. I repeated the download process after 1/2 hour but the problem still persist.
