failure notice and price request

This is a resend of the message below, which got bounced. I am resending it on the grounds the error is probably transient. Hi there, I am trying to find out if I need to pay you to use PHP on a Win box, if I use it on behalf of a commercial company. I can't find an answer on the website and I will want to build a front end for a MySQL database system. I know MySQL costs £141.50, and that Apache is free, (very good of you guys, I might see if I can get them to send you a donation.) but what about running PHP? Is it also free? If not, how much does a single machine user license cost?
