Bug description: gzip and your webserver
When you download gzip'd documentation from the php.net webserver the
webserver automatically decompresses the gzip file and you end up
downloading the full uncompressed file.
I would suggest disabling the automatic decompression in the apache config
file or simply use zip instead to compress the documentation.
