Bug description: Request: localization of xx.php.net/function
php.net/mysql_connect leads me to english version of manual, and that's
clear.
Maybe someone could do something that pl.php.net/mysql_connect points to
polish translation, de.php.net/mysql_connect to german, and so on.
It was requested by users of pl manual.
