free ourselves from the tyranny of the 600 pixel table. (and work around stupid
ns4 bugs in the process. have i mentioned my deep loathing for ns4 lately?)
this makes things much nicer in mozilla, as the 600 pixel width on the table
was scrunching the bug header more than necessary.
