This isn't a update, this is the whole badass-fetch :)
no2.php.net has been down, some serverchanges and stuff, and I don't
have backup of the old data.
I'll kill it for now and try again tomorrow, think I fetched 70MB in 5
hours or so ;)
That is, unless anyone have a tarball of their mirror and can allow me
to fetch it to configure and get things up and running again.
