doesn't make any sense to me. you guys are going to need to do some
experimenting (with a local copy of the html and stylesheet...) to
figure out what part of the page is causing things to blow out. one of
the more suspect parts is the 'width: 100%' rule on div#bugheader. (it's
the only width set in the stylesheet. i think there was a reason i added
it, but i don't recall what it was.)
