rsync error: read error: Connection reset by peer

Hello all I am currently trying to set up an (unofficial) mirror site of www.php.net for our company. We have many PHP hackers, most of whom have requested that a mirror be set up on our local server. When I try to rsync the data across to our server with: -avzC --delete --delete-after rsync.php.net::phpweb /my/path/to/mirror I get a read error: Connection reset by peer I have tired the above rsync command yesterday and today -- always do I get the same error. I would be very grateful if someone could explain to me why this is the case and how I may correctly rsync the phpweb data to our server (RH 7.2 / Apache 1.3.22 / PHP 4.1.1).
