you should get a more descriptive error message now. the rsync server
only allows a single connection per incoming ip at a time.
indeed, there's an rsync process tied to lelux.mediatraffic.fi's ip that
has been running since feb 11. it could be that dropped connections
aren't timing out correctly. i'll look into it.
