I did try to download it and it would
not extract. Oddly even though it is
a .gz file, I was able to read it directly
in Mozilla. It appears the file was not
actually compressed despite the .gz extention.

It is actually a 488 bytes file, so it is less then 1kb. This
is because you see 0kb. Why didn't you try to download it???
