Subject: shifting to PHP
I am new to PHP but i am good at ASP(working on it since past 3yrs)
since ASP has limitations likeit has to use external com components to do even file
uploading,graphs etc.
I want to shift(Learn) PHP so i can be able to program beyond windows platform.
i had downloaded PHP4.2.0 from php.net.I want u to help me in how to go about programming in PHP.
Guide me step by step like giving books to be refered pl suggest if any PDF are available.
and also i wats to know whether PHP code is compiled or interpreted.
I also wants to know about PHP-GTK
