Starting PHP Mag

Hello, My name is Justin Blake. I am interested in starting a print magazine called "The PHP Magazine." I am not sure if you are the correct person to contact, but maybe you could forward my message to whoever the proper individual is. All I am seeking is approval. I do not need php.net's assistant in any way. I have gathered a small team of writers and an editor. The magazine would start out small and be distributed locally until we can gather some advertisers. If you would like, I a can provide one of the planned articles as a sample of our work.
