Greetings!
I'm a web developer based here in the Philippines and I'm planning to put up a
site
that would further promote the use of PHP here in our country. I would like to
ask if
posting of the PHP Manual on my site is allowed, as well as downloads of PHP
cource codes and files.
Thanks!
Regards,
Jane Besande
