bugs.php.net - where to find the source code?

Hi Guys, we are digging around trying to find a package that we can press into services as an issue tracker. We like bugs.php.net, but can only see some of the source (no sign of db schemas etc..) Could you tell us where we can get the source? We are happy to work with beta quality material if you decide that it is not ready for production and we are more than willing to share any modifications we make to the code (if we need to!)..
