Permission to download, modify & use some PHP.net page source?

Hi, I am developing a web site (http://patterndigest.tripod.com) in which I want to allow user notes similar to those on the manual pages on selected pages on my site. Your copyright page does not exactly answer this, so: I would like to download and use the notes portions from CVS as a starting point for my development. I'd be very happy to include credits to php.net (and/or other specified) with your copyright / link, logo & link to php.net. on my credits page (http://patterndigest.tripod.com/credits.html).
