Log:
First version of mirror testing. You need to use the latest version of wget
for this to work properly. Basically, it grabs the latest version of /mirror-info.php
from each mirror by using wget, and then saves them in /tmp/mirrors. Once done,
it then processes each file, and returns info to the mailing list.
TODO:
- need to work out why it's ignoring error'ed sites (eg, fr.php.net)
- need to update the db (do we even want to automate that?)
- need to sort by php version.
