Hi,
I (and several friends) would like to translate/localize the manual of
PHP into Bulgarian language. I am advanced PHP developer. What is the
procedure of including a new language version of the manual into the
site? How could I check if anybody else did not started the translation
into Bulgarian language?
Regards,
