Hi,
A comment on the Windows manual php_manual_en.chm (4.2)
It is extremely resource hungry and is very slow to use, particularly when I need to read through it all for the new specs. The previous manual I used for 4.06 was very fast to browse.
It's not a webmaster issue, but yours was the only contact email I could find.
Rgds
Roger
