So what about this:
If I wanted a bumper page that makes all links to an outside website see this page first, the link
to that page would be http://www.mysite.com/bumper?goto=http://www.yoursite.com
How would I make it so the http://www.yoursite.com is the href
in a link?
so I have a link that goes nowhere, and this ?goto= directs it to make the link go to that website?
