PUT raw data comes in php://input, and you have to use fopen() and fread() to get the content. file_get_contents() is useless. The HTTP PUT request MUST contain a Content-Length header to specify the length (in bytes) of the body, or the server will not be able to know when the input stream is over. This is the common problem for many to find the php://input empty if no such header available. This should make PUT work properly on win32 using PHP5.1.1 and apache2. ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/features.file-upload.put-method.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+59720 Delete: added to the manual -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+59720&report=yes&reason=added+to+the+manual Delete: bad code -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+59720&report=yes&reason=bad+code Delete: spam -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+59720&report=yes&reason=spam Delete: useless -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+59720&report=yes&reason=useless Delete: non-english -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+59720&report=yes&reason=non-english Delete: already in docs -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+59720&report=yes&reason=already+in+docs Delete: other reasons -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+59720&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+59720&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
