I was wondering if UTF-8 encoding can have an effect on time display. I have a problem with days
expressed in french. The date format displayed under every news shows weird characters instead of
accented letters, voyals, like é or à.
I suppose that the coder is using php functions to determine the date display, but I was thinking
that because of that, the time displayed in french is handled by php, so the encoding could be ISO.
Can someone help?
