note 60133 added to function.mysql-num-rows

Well i need help. I've made this PM system for a login system i've made. I need help when it comes to counting the Rows which are currently in the table. What it does is that it counts the rows but when i add the part WHILE name=$name it cant read the rows correctly. if someone would help that would be great.
