In order to make pspell work under win32 I tried everything.
there is a good tutorial at:

Once you have completed everything from there, add this for link creation in your scripts:
//configuration if user has win32/64
$sys="win"; //or unix
//if win32 is enabled, then fill this variable: (set this to fit your path)
$dict_path="C:/Program Files (x86)/aspell/dict/en-only.rws";
if ($sys=="unix") {
$pspell_config = pspell_config_create("en");
pspell_config_mode($pspell_config, PSPELL_FAST);
$pspell_link = pspell_new_config($pspell_config);
}
else {
$pspell_config = pspell_config_create("en");
pspell_config_personal($pspell_config, $dict_path);
$pspell_link = pspell_new_personal($pspell_config, "en");
}
That would be all!
