note 60296 added to ref.simplexml

Remember to remove white spaces between opening and closing tag if it contains a string. I had a lot of trouble with it, cause I was loading a directory path from XML file, which was written like <url> /dir/test </url> and when I tried to use it in chdir() function I was getting error that specified directory don't exists.
