Installing xdiff requires the libxdiff libraries, while this may be obvious for those familiar with
libxdiff if you were just looking for an easy way to run a diff in PHP it may come as a surprise.
You can obtain libxdiff from http://www.xmailserver.org/xdiff-lib.html
