note 60331 added to ref.simplexml

((I posted this note in the XML section, but thought I should post it here too for anyone interested in this library)) I wrote a library for parsing XML into a structure similar to SimpleXML's using the expat libraries. There's a php4 and php5 version of it. Basically I designed it as a way to get a structure like SimpleXML without actually needing the SimpleXML extension (like in php4).
