I cannot just translate a +491746030990 to 491746030990 by using this:
$callerid = strtr($agi->request['agi_callerid'], "+", "");
This just doesn't work, so I have to do it by changing to a whitespace and then delete the
whitespace:
$callerid = strtr($agi->request['agi_callerid'], "+", " ");
$callerid = trim($cid);
Not just what I think of a really good way but anyway: It works :-).
