I am having strange problems with session_start in IE.
I am creating word (*.doc) documents on the fly. This documents should be accessible only to
authenticated users.
If I click on document generation a standard download/open dialog box appears. When trying to
directly open this word document I am getting an error from MS word, that the file cannot be found.
This happens only if I am using session_start.
and with session_start only works if Winword is already opened. I know this must be an IE or Winword
bug, but is there any workarround? The problem is I need to authenticate each time I serve a
document.
